Your quote specifies rooms and tasks: floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms and living areas. Windows, upholstery and outdoor areas are specified separately when needed.
Can you prepare the property before I arrive?
Tell us the date, access arrangements and rooms to prepare. We confirm availability and arrangements before the visit.
Do you clean between rental stays?
Yes, subject to agreed timing and scope. Laundry, restocking and other requirements must be discussed and are not automatically included.
