Large windows, a terrace, marble, timber floors or an occupied site: mention these when you first contact us. Your quote identifies the areas and services agreed.
Cement residue on natural stone cannot be treated like dust on ceramic tiles. The material and its manufacturer’s guidance determine the cleaning approach.

The scope may cover dust removal, floors, skirting boards, doors, accessible windows, kitchens and bathrooms. Particular residues, work at height and fittings to be cleaned must be specified in the quote. There is no single checklist suitable for every building site.
It depends on the size, condition, materials, glazing and access. An approximate floor area, photos and your preferred date allow us to start preparing a quote. A site visit may be needed; we do not advertise a fixed price without knowing the scope.
Please mention this when you enquire. The date is confirmed according to the project and availability. Ideally, the final clean takes place after dust-producing work has finished, so cleaned areas are not soiled again.
We assess the residue and the surface beneath it. Some marks require a small test or separate treatment. Embedded stains, scratches and chemical damage cannot be guaranteed to disappear through cleaning alone.
Tell us what remains on site. Heavy rubble and building waste removal should not be assumed to be included. The removal of protective coverings must also be agreed, especially if tradespeople are still working.
