Scope to agree
Describe whether the issue is dirt, dullness, marks or scratches. Send general views and close-ups, with the stone type if known. Floors, stairs, counters and outside stone have different constraints. The objective should be agreed before choosing a treatment.
Limits and feasibility
Cleaning does not automatically remove etching, scratches or wear. Grinding, restoration and crystallisation are separate operations; crystallisation is not suitable for every stone. Existing damage, joints and previous treatments require assessment.
