Terrace and exterior cleaning on the French Riviera
MayClean assesses terraces and accessible outside areas according to the material, joints, drainage and current condition. Stone, tile and wood should not receive an identical cleaning method.
Scope to agree
List terraces, patios, pool surrounds, paths and outdoor furniture that you want considered. Provide overall photographs and close-ups of stains and joints. Explain who moves furniture and planters. Protection of nearby glazing and adjoining areas should be included in planning.
Limits and feasibility
High pressure is not assumed suitable for every surface. Fragile joints, damaged coatings and sensitive stone need assessment. Cleaning does not repair leaks, loose tiles or cracks. Protective treatment and renovation are separate from removing dirt.

Send the location, approximate area, material, earlier treatments, available water and drainage details. Mention steps, floor level and parking. These constraints, together with the condition and chosen method, determine the quote and feasibility.
