Scope to agree
Send photographs of the glazing and surrounding access, with approximate dimensions and quantities. Identify opening windows, obstacles and any building residue. Routine marks and traces after construction require different assessments. Scratched or altered glass cannot be repaired by ordinary cleaning.
Limits and feasibility
High-level glazing requires a feasibility review before booking. Technical access equipment must not be presumed included. Building rules, working conditions and weather can affect the plan; no intervention at any height is guaranteed from photographs alone.
