MayClean studies cleaning requests for hotels and events on the French Riviera, with a scope organised around occupancy, access and the operating schedule. Preparation before an event and cleaning after departure should be priced separately.
Scope to agree
Identify guest rooms, circulation areas, reception spaces, bathrooms and accessible surfaces. Tell us which areas can be released and which must remain in use. After an event, describe the condition, waste and deadline for returning the venue. The written scope should name the areas and completion checks.
Limits and feasibility
Linen, restocking, technical kitchens, specialist waste collection and upholstery treatments are not included automatically. The service does not replace technical maintenance or venue management. Availability and access must be confirmed before a slot is accepted.
Information for a quote
Send the town, venue type, approximate surfaces, photographs, expected occupancy and time window. A site visit may be required. Quote factors include the actual condition, staffing window, access and any agreed additional treatments.
