Scope to agree
Tell us the number of seats, rug dimensions, fitted-carpet area or mattress sizes. Send overall views, close-ups and care labels where available. For a rug, include the reverse and fringes. Identify previous products and treatments, and the time before the room or item is needed again.
Limits and feasibility
Colour stability, moisture sensitivity and drying must be assessed. Old stains, discolouration or damaged fibres may remain visible. Cleaning is not upholstery repair, recolouring or a guarantee that every odour will disappear. Heavy furniture moving needs an explicit agreement.

Send the town, items and quantities, access, ventilation and available electricity. The quote depends on the support, treated faces, condition and method. Confirm the reuse window after assessment; immediate reuse must not be presumed.
