Cleaning after water or smoke damage on the French Riviera
MayClean studies cleaning requests after an incident once the affected area is accessible and safe for the agreed work. The cause, condition and measures already taken must be described before a proposal.
Scope to agree
Identify the rooms, surfaces and contents affected, with current photographs if safe to obtain. Explain the incident and any repairs or drying already completed. Cleaning scope is defined separately from building repairs, technical work and specialist remediation.
Limits and feasibility
Drying, specialist decontamination, hazardous waste and repairs are not included automatically. Cleaning cannot certify the building is safe or guarantee removal of every trace and odour. A cleaning quote does not establish insurance coverage or approval.
