Second-home cleaning before arrival on the French Riviera
MayClean prepares second homes according to the rooms in use, their current condition and the arrival schedule. Routine maintenance and reopening after a prolonged closure require different scopes.
Scope to agree
Agree the floors, accessible surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms and contact points to clean. List windows, terraces and upholstery separately. Confirm the keyholder, alarm instructions, utilities and other contractors visiting before arrival. Define priorities if some rooms must be ready earlier.
Limits and feasibility
Property surveillance, guest reception, linen, supplies, repairs and contractor management are not automatically included in cleaning. Visible issues may be reported, but repairs require the appropriate provider. A reporting or photo handover must be agreed with respect for privacy.
Information for a quote
Send the town, approximate area, number of bathrooms, current photos and arrival date. State whether the request is one-off or recurring. Condition, scope, access and available time determine the proposal; the booking is confirmed only after practical arrangements are accepted.
